Billing questions
- Who counts as a member?
- Anyone with a seat in one of your workspaces. Guests you invite to a single module are not billed, and a member in five workspaces is billed once.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The workspace drops to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — the modules and records stay exactly as they are, and paid features simply stop being offered.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
